Comfort Inn Toronto North

had an excellent stay. my mother and i did not book a room for our trip as we figured it would be easy to find a room, obviously was our own mistake. we finally came upon this hotel after going from hotel to hotel for 3 hours. Ekta, at the front desk did everything in her power to get us a room without any complications. she deserves a raise!!

The room was clean and comfortable. Was not greeted at the registration desk with a smile. Almost felt like we were a bother. Requested two double beds in my reservation and only had 1 Queen size bed. I stayed there because it was close by to the location of my medical appt.

This is an excellent Comfort Inn! Everything at this hotel is in good condition and in line with what I had expected from the brand. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. If you are considering this hotel because of its proximity to Canada's Wonderland, don't hesitate to book it. Just be aware that it's in a somewhat industrial area and that you'll need to drive to restaurants.

I love this place. It has ground level patio doors from your room to your parking spot. This feature is an added bonus when your travelling with pets. The staff are overly accommodating to all your needs, and are polite and courteous which are a rare find these days. Located right off the ramp to the freeway. Easy access.

A clean, well-maintained hotel. No elevator for the 2nd floor. Breakfast was good the first day {scrambled eggs and sausages), but the second day there were odd fake eggs (egg whites with coloured orange dots in the centre instead of yolks. Very friendly breakfast staff (Violet was a cheery star). Rooms may allow sounds from adjacent rooms to come in due to doors that join adjoining rooms that are not well sound insulated. We could clearly make out the voices/conversations next door. Beds were very comfortable and sheets felt nice. Rooms had good temperature controls.

Room was a good size, quiet and clean. Everything worked cable and internet , though for April room was a little cool at night. This hotel you do need a car ,since a lot of places are not in walking distance .

Room was comfortable, two friends stayed in the same room and we had enough space that we were not in each other's way. I did not like the egg sandwich as it was cold. I did not like the fact that although I already paid on line the charged my credit card for addition funds as security. Most hotels take your credit card but do not charge it until there is an incidental.

The customer service was excellent. The room and breakfast were very good. The value overall was good. The check in process was very good. The night clerk Etka was very personable and friendly. It's a little awkward carrying your luggage up the stairs (no elevator), but there are rooms on the ground floor if you want. The breakfast attendant Violet was spectacular. It's nice to start your day being helped by such a pleasant person. The food choice was very good. The day clerk Nicki was very friendly too.
